Contact and grievances
Contact us to complain about something on Hey Around that broke the law or our community guidelines, to appeal a suspension, to ask about your personal data or a payment, or about anything else. Our Grievance Officer is appointed under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Include the email address you sign in with, roughly when it happened, and what happened. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours with a reference number, and resolve it within 7 days. Complaints about something unlawful are dealt with within 36 hours. Complaints that someone showed you nude or in a sexual act, or impersonated you, including with morphed images, are acted on within 2 hours.
If you disagree with the Grievance Officer's decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days.
